On the farm of Tenute Bruno the production of extra virgin olive oil is very important.
The olives, having reached the right degree of ripeness, are harvested directly from the plant by hand or by mechanical means; this precious fruit harvested at the right moment of its maturation and in an extremely clean way, is pressed within 12 hours of its collection, these methods allow us to obtain a high quality oil with extraordinary organoleptic properties.
